Forging Ahead

My name is Cameron Slayton I have been wanting to be a blacksmith for a long time I thought it was really cool that I could make something out of a chunk of metal. My study proposal is to learn the baiscs blacksmithing with my dad and try to set up a forge station. I want learn these skills so I can set up my own shop when I get out of college for business. What got me into blacksmithing is I watched a lot of videos on blacksmithing and I said I want to do that for a career when I get out of school. I like the idea of make cool sculpture and blades out of metal pieces.
