Trying to eat less junk food and trying to workout, so I can get fit.

Looking to what time a have to be in the shop. I have been wacthing what I eat and how much soda I drink. I stated workingout a couple of days a week trying to workout more so it's ever day a week. I have cut down all of the junk food tha I have been eating. All of the junk food that I have been eating has been cut down by half of what I normaly eat. I ave to wait for it warm up so a can light a fire and chop wood so I can get back in the shop and start forging agian.
